Payment is required in full, or per an agreed-upon contract or installment plan, before Services are rendered.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of advertising services and digital deliverables, no refunds will be issued unless explicitly stated in writing.

Clients who opt for recurring or revenue-share agreements are responsible for timely payment of all invoices and fees.

Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of Services.

We do not guarantee specific results, sales, or revenue increases from our Services.

Performance is influenced by factors outside our control, including but not limited to: industry trends, client product quality, ad account conditions, and customer demand.

Testimonials, case studies, or prior results are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent guaranteed outcomes.

Provide accurate and complete information necessary for campaign execution.

Supply creative assets, approvals, and content in a timely manner.

Not engage in any fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading advertising practices.

Respect the intellectual property and internal processes of Reds Marketing LLC.

All ad creatives, campaign structures, funnels, and materials developed by Reds Marketing  LLC remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise specified in writing.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables strictly for their business operations. Redistribution, resale, or replication of our work without permission is prohibited.

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice as outlined in the contract.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if a client breaches these Terms, engages in unethical practices, or fails to make required payments.

No refunds will be issued for terminated contracts.

Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free campaigns, or specific performance benchmarks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reds Marketing LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services, including lost profits, ad spend losses, or business interruptions.

Misuse of our Services,

Client-provided materials or ad content, or

Breaches of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Oregon. By using our Services, you waive the right to a jury trial or class action.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
